Emergency

We are aware of how important it is for you to have quality veterinary care available whenever you need it.

That is why we launched the EMERGENCY from 1 April 2025, extending our opening hours on weekdays until 23:30 with the possibility of overnight hospitalization for patients who need our continuous care.

The emergency is intended primarily for acute cases. At least one doctor and one nurse are always on duty during the emergency period. Since this is a capacity-limited period, we do not book patients during the emergency period (20:00-23:30) for a specific visit time. If your situation is not acute, please make an appointment outside the emergency period.

In April 2025, the emergency period is from Monday to Thursday, but from May we will also add Friday evenings.

Please note that during emergency hours, a surcharge of CZK 1,000 is charged. For our regular clients, this surcharge is reduced to CZK 600.

This way, we will know in advance its health status and in the event of an acute situation, our team will be able to provide assistance to your animal companion faster and more effectively.
